Leadership, Staff, and Volunteers
At Carlton Oaks Baptist Church, we are profoundly grateful for our Christ-centered leadership team, which embodies humility and vision in service to our congregation. Our leadership structure includes pastors/elders/overseers, each term representing the same biblical office but emphasizing different aspects of their service. Pastors are devoted to faithful preaching, teaching, and shepherding, guiding us to deepen our relationship with Christ and equipping us to live out the Gospel. Elders and overseers provide spiritual oversight, ensuring the integrity of biblical doctrine and addressing the needs of the church body through prayer, counsel, and wise governance.
Deacons also play an essential role in the health and mission of our church. Although their responsibilities may vary, Scripture calls deacons to be exemplary servants. Our dedicated ministry servants lead various initiatives that disciple and care for our community, addressing tangible needs, organizing service efforts, preserving church unity, and supporting the elders' ministry. Grounded in biblical principles, deacons are key leaders in helping the church flourish through their hands-on ministry.
Our church staff works diligently behind the scenes to manage day-to-day operations, while our committed volunteers contribute to every facet of church life—from the sound booth to hospitality. Whether serving in children’s ministries, outreach, or other areas, these leaders exemplify servant leadership. Together, we are united as one body in Christ, serving for His glory.
